Good news!  The latest Harvard research on coffee shows that women who drank more than 6 cups of coffee a day were found to have a 17 percent lower risk of dying from heart disease, cancer, or other illnesses over a 24 year follow up.  They were compared to people who drank less than one cup a month.  The results for men were slightly lower.  This doesn't mean everyone should run out and start drinking coffee.  The study did have some limitations.  Nonetheless, if you are a regular coffee drinker, it's good to know.  Click on the category of your choice and drink up!
